Umair has spent 7+ years building cross-platform mobile applications, almost all of it where getting it wrong is expensive.

For the last five years he has owned the mobile side of a European banking-as-a-service platform — the banking app, the release pipeline behind it, and delivery across eleven white-label brands on iOS and Android. He led the Xamarin to .NET MAUI migration on the live product two years ahead of Xamarin's end of life, and hand-built the distribution pipeline that ships every one of those brands.

Before that he was the sole mobile developer on the patient-facing app for a US medical device company's FDA-cleared wearable monitoring platform — Bluetooth sensor pairing, continuous real-time vitals streaming, built inside a regulated development process.

Basit is a full-stack engineer with 7+ years across Ruby on Rails, React and Flutter, and the only one of us who has won and delivered client projects on his own account.

He built and led Muqawiloon, a two-sided services marketplace for a client in Saudi Arabia, and Becomy, a multi-tenant e-commerce platform for a merchant in France. On both he ran the project and wrote the code, alongside a team of five. Both are live.

On the fintech side he is a core contributor to the Flutter banking application at a European banking-as-a-service platform, and ran the MAUI to Flutter conversion across the entire white-label brand portfolio.

Naqeeb has spent 14+ years running operations — teams, clients, and the machinery around delivery.

He started at Pakistan's largest domestic handset brand, leading five departments and around forty people across seven cities. He went on to executive operations at one of Pakistan's large industrial groups, managed Amazon accounts and led a product team, and handled operations and property acquisition for a US-based rental company.

More recently he has built websites for US telehealth practices — WordPress builds with the compliance layer those practices need: HIPAA notices, telehealth consent, accessibility statements and integrated patient booking. He also runs paid acquisition on Meta and TikTok.

At Synexis he owns delivery and the client relationship. Every project has one named person accountable for it.
